After much discussion, both myself and M0g have arranged our honeymoon in Las Vegas! We arrive a couple of days after our wedding (23rd march 2010) and stay for a mind-blowing 7 nights in a spa suite at the Luxor hotel.


Instead of a traditional 'gift list' for our wedding, we will be asking people to donate to our honeymoon fund instead. This is mainly because we already have a house and all the stuff that goes into it, so although a 2nd and 3rd food processor would be nice, its really not needed.

If you want to send us a wedding gift, please contact Co-Op travel on 02392 210766, quoting reference number 49300. Our real life names are Alex Smith & Michael Marsden. This option will be open until the end of December - after that gifts should be sent in the usual 'sealed envelope' manner. It goes without saying, of course, that donations to co-op are anonymous. We don't get a secret list or anything! :)

Hi everyone,

I really should have updated this more, so here goes:

• I've moved teams again at work - accepted a role on the Corporate Trusts Team, been there for a week and I'm really enjoying work again. Everyone has been so nice to me since I came back. My old team was really depressing me to such an extent I was thinking of quitting.  Hence why I've not been as active in talking as I used to be.
• Me and Mog are getting a new kitchen! Wooo.. We've got it designed and ordered now we're just waiting for all the parts so Mog can start building it.  I will be having to say goodbye to my huge american style fridge freezer however... It's a shame but it has always been too big for our needs and instead will be replaced with two ovens which are a lot more useful to me.  I've got to say I've neglected cleaning the old kitchen as much now that I know it's going... Very bad bunny.
• I went to the Manchester meet - really enjoyed myself, except for the part where I was stranded in the Trafford Centre, my agoraphobia got the better of me and I hid for quite a bit of time quite upset.  I will one day conquer it I'm sure buut what I would say is every other part was really great plus we had lovely weather (which I got a lovely burnt neck from!).
• I'm going to the next London Meet - at Jamies instead of The Saint.  Will be great to catch up with everyone, and just generally socialise.
• Got this entire week off work, so if anyone wants to catch up and do things, or are free for a little while I'm willing to travel to say hi!

Thinking of having a big ass BBQ at my place sometime soon - probably beginning/mid July - anyone interested?

Well I've just finished my sixth driving lesson today.. My instructor has asked me to book my theory test now too.

I'm feeling happy with myself at last!

Last lesson felt like I wasn't improving at all with the clutch control, but all of a sudden I have just got it. I can get through the gears fine, and my steering has improved. I'm good with parallel parking and reverse bay parking.

Really good lesson, I think I might get this driving stuff! Plus I'm longing to actually use the car I'm paying for... I know Mog can use it but I just want to use it myself.

In other news, been really busy at work with the department change, that's all kicking off at the end of November so I'll probably be getting totally stressy with that, oh dear! House is looking nice but I have a whole day of cleaning in front of me... BOO!

Will be going to the London Furs Christmas Party, really excited about that!

Well that's it... I admit it, I'm fat! Been looking at pictures of the younger bunny and contrasting them to new pictures and I'm getting like a giant lard bucket.

SO: I'm going back onto Slim Fast and actually upping my gym regime (which for a good few months has been a big fat zero days a week). Now if you know me then you'll know I LOVE food so this is going to be like TORTURE. I'm drinking the chocolate one now and it looks like diarrhoea and doesn't taste far off... BUT it has helped me lose weight in the past.

I know people are going to comment with the usual crap such as: "blah blah blah you should be changing your diet to a sustainable level and exercising." Yes I know, but right now I'm concerned with getting the weight off first.

I think I might even have to stop buying the two monthly food mags I always get.. Just to stop my obsession.

I want to get exercise back up to 3 times a week if possible, though I really struggle most of the time. Having said that the punch bag has really helped... It's made me kinda horny every time I exercise... Don't ask, poor mew. ;)

I would like to get back down to something like 10 stone for the wedding.. That's spring 2010 so I do have time. I will be beautiful. :D

Had a great time at the meet, was a blast! After meal was good and the evening get together amazing :D


I have finally recovered from my impression of The Exorcist and will never be drinking ever again... again. Well maybe a cider, and a spritzer at EF... that's okay, right? ;)


Thanks to Lupus and Alfa for letting me stay over there's. Also Slinkat was groovy for company, and Zano gets a mention since it was his first meet and had such a great time. Super kind, so you'll have to come down to visit us soon.

Just got back from the LFM - had a really great time.  Was quite nervous since I went up by myself (Mog was too ill) but I was well looked after, firstly by Rapido who drove me up and the by the lovely Lupus and Alfa who made sure I was safe plus gave me a place to stay.

On the bright side, had a really good weekend - thanks to all those involved. My mum loved her birthday presents too!

Oh good on David Davis - I'm glad he is standing down on to fight this, 42 days is just an erosion of civil liberties. Us Liberals and our Conservative friends seem to agree on this issue (yay me and Lupus agree on something political!). We need to stand up for this:

My university friends/sister/family/random friends came over for a really good party for Eurovision.

Came up with an amazing drinking game that got us so very drunk! Food was excellent, even if I do say so myself.
